Anna and Brad

Over the weekend Ashley and I had the opportunity to photograph a really fun wedding in the small town of Taintor.  The town may have a population of 50 at most but it was an awesome place for a wedding.  Beautiful Iowa landscape, scenic barns, and a great couple.  The reception took place in Oskaloosa which made for some driving and an opportunity to regain the appreciation that must exist for the small towns in Iowa that support not only the Iowa economy but the world food supply.  If we weren't on our way to the wedding reception I probably could have run off a couple hundred pictures of the Iowa country side and some small towns we passed through.  In the end we turned out some beautiful pictures.

Weekend Photo Shoots

This weekend we did two seperate photo shoots on opposite ends of the spectrum.  We were able to have a fun and intense shoot with a bride-to-be on Saturday and a light and relaxing shoot with a family on Sunday.  The bride-to-be was great to work with.  We were able to work together and find a good compatibility with creativity.  The photos turned out great.  The family, which we will call the T family, was awesome.  The kids were energetic and the parents equally fun.  We were able to take some great shots and they turned out really well.  Below are a few shots from the T family shoot.
